Quotes go out while you're working
Clients ask by text, call, DM or your form. The AI writes the quote from your prices. You check it and send it from your phone. Setting up takes about 20 minutes.
1Put the app on your home screen
Open the app link in your welcome email. On iPhone: Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android: the menu, then Install app. Keep that link private. It opens your app.
2Make sure alerts reach you
Send yourself a test request from your request form (app.quotemy.work/r/your-name). If the email is in spam, tap Not spam. Then add quotes@quotemy.work to your contacts.
3Set your prices
- Open Settings, then Prices.
- Add your services and prices.
- Add a lowest price for each. Only you see it.
- Add fees, like a rush fee.
- Set your deposit.
- In Notes for the AI, say what's included and when you'd go lower.
- Add questions for clients.
- Tap Save prices.
4Connect your calendars and set your hours
For studios and anyone who books times. Open Settings, then Calendar and hours. Add your calendar link, and one for each room. Type your work hours. The AI then sees only your open times.
5Practice on real messages
Tap New quote and paste a message a client sent you. Compare the quote with what you'd charge. If it's wrong, fix the price or add a line to your notes. Then try another.
6Share your form
Put your request form (app.quotemy.work/r/your-name) in your Instagram bio, Linktree and auto-reply. Have a website? Open Settings, then Share your form. Paste the code to add a Get a quote button.
7Every day
A text or DM comes in. Paste it into New quote. Check the quote. Tap Approve and copy quote, then paste it in the chat. You can also send a picture, use Share…, or tap Text it. Requests from your form come in by themselves, and we email you. No quote goes to a client until you approve it.
Every price comes from your price list or from you. The AI picks what the client needs. It never makes up a price.
Clients and the AI never see it. If a client's budget is between it and your price, you choose: keep your price or match theirs.
Shows up under Questions for you, so you can fix it before the quote goes out.
Only you send quotes. Emails go from quotes@quotemy.work. Texts, copies and shares go from your phone.
Clients who use your form get a short email that says you got their request. It has no prices. You can turn it off in Settings, then Request form.
