Privacy
- Sign-up. We keep your business name, email, kind of work, and which ad or site sent you, so we can run your account and know which ads work. We never sell it.
- Quote requests. When you ask a business for a quote, they get what you send. It's stored so they can reply, and the AI that writes the quote reads it.
- Request receipt. After you send a business's request form, we may email you once to say the request arrived. It uses only your first name and the time you asked for, if any, with the business's name. It has no prices and nothing else you typed. You get at most one a day from each business.
- IP addresses. We keep the IP address a sign-up, quote request or feedback came from, to stop spam and limit how often a form can be sent.
- Visits. We count visits to this site and to each business's quote form, with the site that linked there and any ad tags in the link. No IP address is kept with a visit.
- Cookies. Two small cookies, neither for ads:
qmw_ownsmarks a browser that opened a business's app, so the owner's own visits to their quote form aren't counted, andqmw_medoes the same for the founder's own devices. - Emails forwarded to us. When an email is forwarded to us to become a quote request, we keep the original email for 30 days, then delete it. The request made from it stays with the business.
- Questions or deletion. Email quotes@quotemy.work and we'll answer or delete your details.
